Before I give it to you, go to the watch shop and see how much he offers you to sell it to him." He went and reported back to his father that "The watchmaker offered $5 because it's old." He then went to the jewelry shop, who also offered $5. The father said "Go to the museum and show them the watch." He came back and told his father that "They offered me $1 million." The father said, "I want you to know that the right place values you in the right way. Don't settle for the wrong place and get angry if you're not valued.
